Refund Policy

Refunds are not issued unless covered by our 14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee.

It’s your responsibility to cancel your subscription before the next billing cycle. We do not provide refunds for automatic renewals.

Private Session bundles expire after 3 months of inactivity, measured from the date of the client’s most recent completed session, if no further session is booked or attended within that period.

Upon credit card expiring, services will be paused until new payment method has been selected.
